Looe Golf Club

Carlyon Bay Golf Club

Among the top ten golf courses in the UK, as voted by Todays Golfer magazine, the 18 hole championship course at Carlyon Bay is set amidst breathtaking coastal scenery, with views over St Austell Bay. It is kept in beautiful condition.

There is also a 10 acre practice ground, 2 putting lawns and a picturesque 9 hole approach course. Tuition and advice is available from resident professionals and a fully equipped pro shops offer a range of equipment and clothing.

The Clubhouse serves food and drinks throughout the day, and is open to golfers and non golfers.

Porthpean Golf Club

A challenging, picturesque 18 hole course. The outward holes are in pleasant parkland whilst the return holes command spectacular views over St Austell Bay.

Porthpean golf club is relaxed and informal. Visitors are always welcome, and the course offers good value for money. There are discounts for juniors and groups of ten or more. The club has a floodlit driving range, buggy hire is available, and there is no handicap requirement.

Light meals and snacks are available in the licensed Club House during the day and non golfers are also welcome.

St Austell Golf Club

A delightful parkland course, which is well maintained, with wonderful countryside views. There is a floodlit driving range with a swing & fitting room attached, covered teaching facilities, a practice putting green and short game area, and well stocked pro shop.

The clubhouse facilities include a licensed bar and there is good quality food available.

St Austell Golf Club welcomes visitors, but would recommend phoning to book ahead, in case it is busy.

Lanhydrock Golf Club

An acclaimed 18 hole tree-lined course requiring strategic thinking. Set in a sheltered wooded valley, the course offers an enjoyable challenge to golfers of all abilities. Visitors are welcome all week, although proper golfing attire is requested and booking is advised. A handicap certificate is also required.

There is a large pro shop, where buggies, trolleys, and clubs can be hired. They also have a floodlit driving range. Lessons are available.

The Nineteen Bistro and Bar offers relaxed dining at lunchtime and in the evenings.
