Horse riding is the perfect way to appreciate the fabulous Cornish Countryside there are many stables near to our park suitable for both novices and experienced riders. we always recommend you contact the stables in advance to discuss your individual requirements.
Polmartin Riding
Polmartin are devoted to Horses and offer lessons and fabulous trekking in beautiful Cornwall. They are a BHS Approved Riding School and Place to Train situated in the beautiful and tranquil Cornish countryside, near Lanreath which is close to Polruan Holiday Park.
Riding is available whatever the weather. And all of the riding out is along their own tracks and trails, so completely traffic free.

Barguse Riding Centre
Owned and run by Lisa and Alistair Todd who have many years, experience in caring for, riding and training horses.
We have a particular interest in seeing young children fulfil their potential and desires by spending time with horses and being taught equestrian skills in a sympathetic and fun way.
This is why we were the first riding school in Cornwall to have achieved our Clubmark accreditation and one of only a 40 equestrian establishments in the UK to have been awarded this status.
We aim not only to teach riding skills, but also stable management, handling and general care of the horse, an area we believe is often sadly neglected
